Crane Stop

Cushion-Slide Crane Stops
Drag plates allow wedge to slide some distance to absorb impact. On smaller sizes of rail, plates may interfere with rail hook bolts. Allow sufficient sliding distance between cranes. Stopping distance depends on weight and speed of crane. Do not use at end of crane run.
Wheel Contact Type

Plates are made for a specific rail size and section.Wedges are cut to fit a specific wheel diameter.

#4016-07 Weight 50lbs

Bumper Contact Type

Fits most standard crane bumpers. Wedge stands 15" above top of rail. Underside of crane bumper should be no more that 12" above top of rail. Plates are cut to fit a specific rail size and section.

#4016-08 Weight 60 lbs

Non-Slide Crane Stops

Wedge dogs lock wedge to rail head and do not interfere with rail hook bolts. Rocommended wherever below rail head clearance is minimal and where a non-sliding crane stop is needed. On impact, stops slide only minimally or not at all. Do not use at end of crane runs.
