Order Processing / Payment Methods

Thank you for shopping at merrileeswimwear.com! Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to process & ship.  

We accept: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.  Orders are processed and shipped from Laguna Beach, CA.

Sales tax is charged effective from Laguna Beach, CA, per California law.  
State and County tax rates are listed separately during checkout and in your order details under your account page.

Shipping

- Standard shipping carrier: UPS
- Standard shipping and handling cost within the U.S  is $9 for UPS ground.
Please note: If shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam or Puerto Rico, etc.: $16 will be added to standard shipping costs when your order is processed.

- Allow 5-10 business days from the date of order for your shipment to arrive.
- For expedited shipping, please Contact Us.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We charge a flat rate of $50 for international orders outside the United States.

MerrileeSwimwear.com Return Policy

Please Note: The following return policy applies to Merrileeswimwear.com orders only. Merrilee’s Swimwear's physical stores cannot process returns or exchanges from online orders. Retail stores follow their own individual return policies (see stores for details). Online returns must be processed by mail. Our stores cannot assist with or check the status of sales & returns from online orders.

A Return may be made for Refund only under the following conditions:

- All tags and hygienic liners must be intact and untampered with. We cannot accept any goods without these.
- Goods must be clean, unworn, unwashed and in their original saleable condition.
- You must have your original online purchase receipt. We cannot accept any return or exchange without this. No exceptions.
- All returns must be made within 21 days of the date your order was placed. We will not accept returns if postmarked after this 21 day window.

All Accessories, Sun/Swim Care Products, and Sale Items are considered final and non-returnable.
Merrileeswimwear.com cannot accept exchanges for online sales. In the event you need a different size, please return your item and make a new purchase online.
We do not accept responsibility for mistreated or misused goods, exposure to extreme conditions, highly chlorinated pools/jacuzzis or improper/accidental wash care.
Excessive returns may be subject to diminishing return privileges.

Returns must be accompanied by :

- A completed “Return Form” (Return Forms are provided with all orders)
- Your original purchase receipt
- Our Return Label (provided) attached to the exterior of the return package.
- Any packages received without a Return Label on the package exterior will automatically be returned.
- Please allow up to 30 days for us to receive your return and process your refund.

Any returns sent to us that do not meet the above requirements may incur a $25 convenience fee, and the goods will be returned to you. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Out of Stock Items

In the event that an ordered item is determined to be out of stock, customers will be notified via e-mail. Orders will not be shipped without obtaining customer authorization to do so without the out of stock items.
