Merrilee's Swimwear is looking for an energetic, outgoing, Experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team. We are a large, well established, family -wned Women's Swimwear Boutique located on Coast Highway in Laguna Beach. We are looking for someone with at least one full year's experience as a Women's Retail Store Manager. An ideal candidate would be someone who loves fashion, swimwear and working with people.
Our Store Managers work closely with the company ownership on a day to day basis and are in charge of all aspects of the stores day to day running operations including working the sales floor. We are looking for a fast learner who can take charge, positively motivate their staff and can handle all that comes along with a high volume summer seasonal industry. Our store managers are hands on with sales and our customer care so we are looking for an ambitious & friendly candidate with a great attitude.All our bathing suits are sold as separates, so you can mix and match sizes, colors and styles to fit your needs. Our suits run smaller than those found in department stores and other retailers, so we recommend that you follow our size chart when choosing your size.
