Merrilee's Swimwear is looking for an energetic, outgoing, Experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team.  We are a large, well established, family -wned Women's Swimwear Boutique located on Coast Highway in Laguna Beach.  We are looking for someone with at least one full year's experience as a Women's Retail Store Manager.  An ideal candidate would be someone who loves fashion, swimwear and working with people.

Our Store Managers work closely with the company ownership on a day to day basis and are in charge of all aspects of the stores day to day running operations including working the sales floor.  We are looking for a fast learner who can take charge, positively motivate their staff and can handle all that comes along with a high volume summer seasonal industry.  Our store managers are hands on with sales and our customer care so we are looking for an ambitious & friendly candidate with a great attitude.

Experience in women’s retail and open/closing retail stores a must!

Requirements:   Age 18+, Valid Driver's License, must provide references (work & personal), (background check).  Sales, customer Service, communication, and leadership skills are a must!

Responsibilities Include:

Hiring, training

Personell management

Conducting seasonal store meetings

All things related to Customer Service

Scheduling

Theft Control

Establishing daily/weekly sales goals

Meeting & exceeding set daily, weekly & monthly sales goals

Shipping web orders

Overseeing stock processing of new incoming products

Working closely with our other store manager to establish sales incentives

Hours:  Full Time - Must be available Weekends/Holidays!

Store Hours:  Mon - Sun: 10am - 7pm

Compensation:  $20/hr + Bonuses + Commission & Employee Discounts
